Starting therapy can feel difficult, particularly when you have been carrying stress, relationship difficulties, family expectations, or painful experiences for a long time. Khaled offers a thoughtful and non-judgmental space where clients can slow things down, better understand what they are experiencing, and begin making sense of the patterns affecting their lives and relationships.

Khaled works with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, relationship and communication difficulties, family conflict, men’s mental health concerns, major life transitions, acculturation stress, and challenges related to identity and belonging. He has a particular interest in helping people understand the deeper emotional and relational patterns that may sit underneath recurring difficulties.

Before entering the psychotherapy field, Khaled spent more than 25 years in senior leadership roles, working closely with people through periods of pressure, responsibility, conflict, uncertainty, and significant change. Those experiences shaped his interest in the human side of stress and relationships.

Khaled's approach is primarily relational and integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, humanistic, family systems, and solution-focused perspectives. Rather than applying one method to every client, he works collaboratively and adapts therapy to the person and concerns in front of him.

For couples, Khaled has a particular interest in communication, emotional connection, conflict patterns, family-of-origin influences, and helping partners understand what may be happening underneath recurring disagreements.

As a Muslim therapist, Khaled also understands that faith, culture, family, and identity can play an important role in how people understand themselves and their difficulties. For clients who wish to include their faith in therapy, he is comfortable integrating Islamic values and perspectives into the therapeutic conversation. Clients who prefer a more general therapeutic approach are equally welcome.

Khaled offers therapy in English and Arabic and welcomes clients from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds.
