Spiritual & Faith Concerns

Dania, from a South Asian background, has completed a 6-year Islamic theology degree in Toronto and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Currently pursuing her Masters in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy at the University of Toronto, she combines her deep knowledge of Islamic studies with her expertise in psychology to offer a unique approach to mental health care. Dania is committed to integrating spiritual and psychological approaches, promoting a holistic model of well-being that nurtures both mental and spiritual health. She believes in the power of combining faith-based healing with contemporary therapeutic methods, addressing the whole person, mind, body, and soul. Her work is centered on providing culturally sensitive, spiritually aligned support, especially for individuals seeking a faith-based approach to mental health. By bridging the gap between traditional Islamic wisdom and modern psychological practices, Dania strives to help others achieve emotional resilience, spiritual growth, and overall well-being.
