Our mission

Our mission is simple: turn something you wear every day into support for someone's mental health. Proceeds from each item go directly to our Zakat-funded Financial Assistance Program, which provides free sessions with licensed Muslim counsellors to community members in financial hardship.

Our vision

We want to normalise conversations about mental health in Muslim communities. Each design carries a word or verse, Sakinah (tranquillity), Sabr (patience), Iman (faith), Maktub (it is written), meant to start a conversation and remind the wearer, and everyone who sees it, that seeking help is an act of strength, not weakness.

100% for a purpose: All MMH Apparel garments are locally sourced and produced in Toronto using premium heavy-weight fabric, designed for structure, warmth, and long-lasting comfort.
