Insurance coverage
Our services are eligible for reimbursement through most extended health benefits plans. Services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), Counsellors, and/or Registered Social Worker (RSW/MSW) are covered by major insurance providers. Please confirm whether services are covered under your plan with your insurer directly. We provide detailed invoices for all sessions that can be submitted for reimbursement. We also offer direct billing with specific insurance companies.
If your insurance does not cover our services, contact us and we will provide a sample letter to submit to your HR department and policy manager.
Fees & insurance questions
Standard 50-minute sessions are $175, about 30% below the industry average. A free 15-minute consultation comes first, and sliding-scale rates are available for clients without insurance coverage.
Most extended health benefits plans cover services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (RSW). We recommend verifying directly with your insurer before booking. We provide detailed invoices for every session that you can submit for reimbursement.

No. OHIP, OW, and ODSP do not currently cover psychotherapy services. Many workplace and student insurance plans do.
For clients without insurance coverage, we offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots based on financial need. Contact us before booking your appointment to apply, spots are allocated based on need and availability.
