We partner with organizations and institutions to deliver robust mental health programs to audiences in Canada, both in person and online. Working through challenges as a group can help individuals see alternative ways to cope through different circumstances and life situations, while feeling connected and supported.

Accesible Counselling Program

At Canadian Muslim Counselling, one of our goals is to help make therapy more affordable and accessible. We firmly believe no one should be turned away due to lack of funds.  We offer pro-bono & low-cost services (some conditions apply).

If interested, send us an email at info@muslimcounselling.ca and we can get you scheduled in.

Healing with Nature

Are you someone that wants to learn nature-based coping skills? Our six-week hybrid group program is rooted in principles of nature-based therapy. It is ideal for individuals interested in gathering in a group setting, connecting with the natural world and our waterways, learning nature-based relaxation, mindfulness and coping skills outdoors, and exploring environmental stewardship.

This group is open for Muslim women in the GTA. We will be meeting at various locations across the GTA for our in-person sessions. We do not require our participants to be fully vaccinated, however, we will have some sessions where we will meet at an indoor location to have lunch or coffee that may require you to be fully vaccinated.

Our faith-based approach allows us to bridge the gap between traditional psychological support, and Islamic theological principals to provide an integrated service designed to uniquely address social, psychological, familial, relational and spiritual issues of Muslim communities.
