A lot of the men Humza works with feel stuck.
They’re caught in their habits, relationships, or thoughts, and aren’t sure how to move forward. They carry pressure, doubt, and frustration, but often keep it to themselves. Humza helps clients get clear on what’s going on internally, build emotional resilience, and take steady steps toward real change.
His approach to therapy is authentic, collaborative, and growth-focused. Therapy with him is not just about endless venting. It’s about recognizing patterns, expanding awareness, and building tools that actually work. With Humza, you’ll be supported, but also challenged in order to foster growth.
Humza draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), blending practical strategies with deeper emotional work. For Muslim men, sessions can also be a space to explore religion, identity, and purpose in a way that feels real and non-judgmental.
Humza’s background includes clinical training at CAMH, serving as an imam and prison chaplain, and currently supporting full-time hifz students in Toronto. He brings both clinical training and grounded experience to the emotional, relational, and spiritual challenges his clients face.
If you’re ready to do meaningful work on yourself, Humza offers a space to walk that path with clarity and purpose.
